The Abbotts Groups has a simple objective of ensuring our clients enjoy a consistent and highly satisfying relationship with ourselves. Our administration staff are not only responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of technical and administrative services to our professional staff. They are also responsible for managing many of the administration services necessary for our clients financial lives to be made simpler and less stressful. They attend to the administration of client correspondences, management of meetings, record management and other client oriented services. And of course they are always there with a smile and your favourite cuppa to greet you whenever you are in to see us.
Angeline is our bookkeeper and she joined the practice in October 2016. Her responsibilities include data entry and assisting the Accountants and the Partners.
Anne has worked with Abbotts for over 20 years managing the businesses accounts. Anne is responsible for internal accounting administration and assists the admin team with other ongoing tasks as required.
Eunice is our Office Manager and joined the practice in June 2010. She oversees the general operation and administration of the practice on a day to day basis. She also provides personal assistance to the partners and the accounting staff and liaises with our clients.
Kevin is our Computer Systems Administrator and oversees the running and general maintenance of our computer systems.
Louise has worked in various administrative roles and has many years’ experience in her current role as our Corporate Secretary. Louise attends to the ongoing Corporate Secretarial needs of over 400 companies, together with company incorporations and data base management.
Shai’a is our Assistant Practice Manager and she joined the practice in September 2014. She is your first point of contact with our practice. Her friendly nature and professionalism in dealing with your enquiries and referring you onto our partners or other staff makes her an extremely important part of our practice’s efficiency. Shai’a responsibilities include debtors & creditors management, administration systems management, reception and assisting the Partners, Accounting and Support Staff.
Bianca is our Administration Clerk and she joined the practice in August 2017. She is your first point of contact with our practice. Her friendly nature and professionalism in dealing with your enquiries and referring you onto our partners or other staff makes her an extremely important part of our practice’s efficiency. Bianca responsibilities include clients’ administration services, reception, collating and binding and assisting the Partners, Accounting and Support Staff.
